Prime Environmental removed some asbestos containing flooring for me in April 2026. It had to be removed due to failed sewer line that required concrete removal in basement. I am happy to report that Jessie Adame's team were very professional. They followed all safety protocols and gave me a competitive price. I was lucky the glue below the flooring does not contain asbestos so I can do that part myself and save some money. All of my questions were answered, everyone knew their job and were a pleasure to work with. They also provided me with complete records, including photos of the project and the air quality report showing compliance. I highly recommend them!
When we bought our house last year in a Denver suburb, we had no idea that some of the walls contained asbestos. Prime Environmental came to the rescue after a flood from a broken pipe caused a kitchen wall to collapse, leading to a major asbestos spill. Highlands Ranch construction began in the early 1980s, right at the tail end of asbestos use, so some early homes contain it and many don't. Testing is inexpensive and definitive. Older properties elsewhere in Douglas County carry higher likelihood and should always be tested before renovation.
